Using Winterbourne’s beautiful gardens as inspiration, create your own unique repeat patterns using the linocut method. Your designs can be used for wrapping paper, notebook covers or cards.
You will be shown a range of techniques to create your own repeat pattern designs. The workshop is suitable for those with a little or no experience of the process, but everyone is welcome. You will be guided through each stage by local artist and tutor Sarah Moss, and encouraged to work at your own pace as you explore the art of linocut printing.
All equipment and materials are provided. You may wish to bring an apron and make sure you have footwear and clothing suitable for wandering round the garden.
